Lactococcus garvieae bloodstream infection in a woman in Germany resulted in spondylodiscitis and bioprosthetic mitral valve endocarditis. Six weeks of ceftriaxone followed by 10 days of doxycycline led to sustained clinical and microbiological resolution.
